About our Company
Vasudev Enamel Industries was established in 1969 as a privately held company specializing in the manufacture of vitreous enamel signage and signboards.
Vitreous enamel is created by fusing a thin layer of glass onto metal at high temperatures (750–850°C). The enamel, applied as a powder or slurry, bonds permanently to the metal during firing. This process gives the product its unique qualities: a smooth, glass-like surface that is highly resistant to scratches, chemicals, and fire. Vitreous enamel is also hygienic, easy to clean, and exceptionally durable—ensuring that advertising signs last 15 to 20 years or more, with minimal need for replacement.
